Terms of Service
Effective date: July 8, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using ADDMPS, placing orders, paying through Stripe or PayPal, and receiving customer support.
1. Agreement and Eligibility
Agreement to Terms
By visiting addmps.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using ADDMPS customer services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy.
Customer Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding purchase contract in your location and provide accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information. Products intended for adults must be purchased only by eligible adults.
ADDMPS Brand and Content
ADDMPS names, logos, product presentation, photography, page layouts, written content, and storefront designs are owned by or licensed to ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or misuse our site content without permission.
2. Products, Orders, and Payments
Product Information
We work to present apparel, watches, accessories, sizing, colors, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Small differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, hand measurement, manufacturing variation, or updated inventory.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation means we received your request, not that every item is guaranteed. We may cancel, refund, or request verification for orders affected by payment risk, incorrect pricing, stock errors, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.
Secure Payments
Checkout payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. You authorize ADDMPS and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees shown at checkout.
Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges
Prices may not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes unless shown at checkout. Where these charges apply, they are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by carriers or customs authorities.
3. Shipping, Returns, and Customer Duties
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of address issues, customs review, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, payment verification, or events outside our control. Customers must provide a deliverable address and monitor tracking updates.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, final-sale exclusions, hygiene exclusions, watch-condition rules, refund timing, and return shipping responsibilities are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact [email protected] first so we can investigate missing, delayed, damaged, incorrect, or billing-related issues. We reserve the right to provide order, tracking, customer communication, and refund evidence to Stripe, PayPal, banks, or card networks during disputes.
4. Site Use and Restrictions
Acceptable Use
You may not use ADDMPS for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, account abuse, automated scraping, malware, attempts to bypass security, false claims, intellectual property infringement, or interference with the storefront or payment systems.
Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit reviews, photos, messages, or feedback, you grant ADDMPS permission to use that content for customer service, moderation, product improvement, and marketing, while keeping personal information handled under our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep ADDMPS reliable, but the site, catalog, account features, payment providers, and shipping integrations may be unavailable or delayed from time to time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.
5. Liability, Law, and Updates
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ADDMPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, payment providers, customer address errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country, state, or region of residence.
Policy Updates
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, payment, security, or customer-service changes. The effective date above shows when this version began applying. Continued use of ADDMPS after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
