Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within eligible regions. Qualifying orders are automatically identified at checkout.
Express Shipping
Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Available to select regions only.
International Orders
We ship internationally to many countries. International delivery takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status from your ADDMPS account.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour on the same item, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale items marked as final sale, intimate apparel, and items showing signs of wear or damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
